Moving a node to a new domain

This topic describes how to remove a node from a domain making it available for use in another domain. This procedure does not remove the node from the Management Console.

To move a node to a new domain

  1. From the Management Console, navigate to the domain that contains the node that you want to move, and select that node.
  2. Select Maintenance > Move Node.
     The Move Node page appears.
  3. In the Destination Domain grid, select the domain that you want to move the node into.
  4. Click Move Node.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
