If a node that was part of a cluster connected to a manager but did not provide a peer list, dmanager leaked memory.

16115

Applying a patch to a 10.2.0.5 RAC database on the existing (shared) ASM home on that node resulted in an error.

16364

If a home was in oratab, but did not exist on disk, Oracle discovery failed.
