Patch 1 for Service Pack 1 provides the following updates:

• Oracle Composite Patch support to enable applying the April 11.2.0.3 Patch Set Update (PSU).
• Full support of Oracle 11.2.0.3 on HPUX-IA64 as a single instance or as a database running on a Veritas Cluster Server (VCS).
