Service packs and patches

This section contains information about service packs and patches for the BMC Database Automation product.

Warning

If your BMC BladeLogic Database Automation Manager is running version 8.1.05 Patch 1, do not upgrade to BMC Database Automation version 8.2. You must contact BMC Support for further information.

If you do not know what patch version of 8.1 your BMC BladeLogic Database Automation Manager is running, do not upgrade to version 8.2. Send BMC Support a BMC Database Automation Manager support bundle and await further instructions. See Collecting-diagnostics for information on creating a support bundle.
