Approving hosts, clusters, databases, and instances

The level within which you approve hosts is the top level within which the nodes are available. For example, if you create a domain named domain1 and approve nodes while within domain1 of the Management Console, the approved nodes are available to the domain1 level.

If you have not configured any domains yet, approved nodes become available at the root level (referred to as the Grid domain in the Management Console hierarchy), thus making them available to any domains that are created.

After approval, the nodes are visible in the Management Console.
