Support for additional platforms

BMC Database Automation version 23.4.01 supports BDA Agent on Windows Server 2022 and AIX 7.3 TL1.

Support for a new PHP version

BMC Database Automation version 23.4.01 supports the PHP version 8.1.27.

23.4.00 Enhancements

Installing an Oracle patch package through the Maintenance tab

As an administrator, you can install an Oracle patch package from the Database configuration page > Maintenance tab. Also, since the patching list only displays the new and applicable patch versions, it is very easy to install the required patch.

Support for additional databases and platforms

  • BMC Database Automation supports the SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) version 16.0 SP04 PL04 and SAP Replication Server version 16.0 SP04 PL04 on RHEL 9, RHEL 8, and IBM AIX 7.2.
