Network requirements

This topic describes the network requirements for the Manager and Agent software.

Standalone configuration port requirements

For secure transport (which is enabled by default), the following ports must be open:

• Agent to Manager:
  • 7003/tcp
  • 7001/udp
• Manager to Agent:
  • 7004/tcp
  • 7001/udp

Multi-Manager configuration port requirements

For Multi-Manager environments, the following ports must be open:

• 7001/udp
• 7002/tcp
• 7003/tcp
• 22/tcp
• 5432/tcp
