Starting BMC AMI Storage components manually
To prevent components and subcomponents from starting automatically

To manually start a component or subcomponent
Use one of the following methods:
- Use the Component Status option on the EZSRM menu.
- Issue one or more of the following start commands.

The STATUS command is issued automatically after all necessary subcomponents have been started.
After a successful startup of the BMC AMI Storage component, the following messages are displayed on the console, indicating that BMC AMI Storage is active:

In these messages, v.r.m is the version, release, and modification number, and subsys is the subsystem name that is used in the SUBSYS parameter in SVOSJCL. (The default is ETIS.)
