Note

This topic is intended for administrators.

You can configure the CO-queue.exe program by using a special section in the Messages > Adapters tab.

Configuration items for the CO-queue.exe process include the actual queue directory location, as well as parameters that enable matching of files, timing considerations of the process, and the default facility and severity used for messages.

The CO-queue.exe program includes a detailed log file that is restarted each day. The system preserves a maximum of two days' worth of data. The log file is in the installationDirectory\system\CO-queue.log file. Replace installationDirectory with the directory in which you installed the product. The default directory is C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BMC Defender. You can view the log file in the web interface, or in a text editor.
