Additional software and hardware requirements

Make sure that your system fulfills the following additional software and hardware requirements:

  • Any standard supported browser with JavaScript enabled, such as Internet Explorer (IE) version 8 or later, any Mozilla-based browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Safari
  • TCP/IP port to connect to the web browser
    For a secure connection, use the Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS) feature of the IBM z/OS Communications Server. Do not use HTTPS.
  • Enough space to create secured z/OS File System (zFS) directories for the product disk database

Bulk Insert utility

You must have .NET 6.0 installed on every computer on which you intend to run the Bulk Insert utility.
