Developing


As an advanced programmer, you can format records from other products in BMC AMI Defender by first passing them through BMC AMI Defender API.

To do this, you need knowledge of z/OS assembler or C/C++, and you must be familiar with the concepts and functionality of BMC AMI Defender.

You do not require BMC AMI Defender API for the normal installation, configuration, usage, and maintenance of the BMC Defender Agent program.
