Configuring the CZAGENT procedure for Db2

This topic describes the configuration of the CZAGENT procedure for Db2 in the BMC AMI Defender JCL.

The installation contains a commented-out sample JCL statement, as shown in the Running-BMC-AMI-Defender-as-a-started-task topic. If you are using the BMC AMI Defender for Db2 product, perform the following tasks:

  • Change the value of the DSNLB= parameter from NULLFILE to the Db2 SDSNLOAD data set.

  • Add the Db2 SDSNLOAD library to the STEPLIB concatenation:

    //STEPLIB DD DSN=amihlq.CZAGENT.&LOAD,DISP=SHR
    //* DD DISP=SHR,DSN=DB2.SDSNLOAD
