SAY statement
A SAY statement identifies a particular parameter or field definition file by displaying the SAY operand in CZAPRINT.
For example, if you placed the following statement in your parameter file,
SAY "With updates from Peter June 26"
then the following line might appear in CZAPRINT:
CZA0127I <amihlq>.CZAGENT.CNTL(CZAPARMS)(6): SAY 'With updates from Peter June 26'
SAY statements might be used in the BMC AMI Defender and CZASEND Parameter file, in the Fields Definitions files and in CZAJOBLG parameter files (and files included using %INCLUDE from those files; for more information, see INCLUDE-statement).
SAY has no other effect on the operation of BMC AMI Defender, CZASEND or CZAJOBLG.
SAY
Must be coded exactly as shown.
'any arbitrary text'
Specifies the diagnostic text to be logged in CZAPRINT. The operand follows the normal rules for quoted operands.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
