Configuring the CZAGENT procedure for Db2

(Applies to BMC AMI Datastream for Db2 only) Use this procedure to configure your system to collect, process, and deliver Db2 IFI records for Db2 event data by adding the Db2 SDSNLOAD library to the STEPLIB concatenation of the CZAGENT started task JCL.

  1. Open the CZAGENT member of the amihlq.SAMP data set for editing. The amihlq.SAMP data set is the system PROCLIB where you copy the started task JCL.

  2. Add the Db2 SDSNLOAD library to the STEPLIB concatenation by uncommenting the DD statement (delete the asterisk preceding the statement).
  3. Modify the data set name accordingly.
