Exception summary reports

Once you scan a database for exceptions, Visualizer stores the information in table format. The first table is the Exception Summary for <date> report. From this dialog box you can view:

  • Exception summary reports for all components
  • All detail reports
  • Specific component detail reports
  • The most recent exceptions
  • A history of exceptions

This report organizes the information on all the exceptions in your database by component type. The report lists the individual components, their threshold values, and the number of intervals during which the component exceeded the threshold.

  2. Select Graphics > Exception to open the Exception Summary for <date> dialog box.
