Installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server (Windows server and client)

The following sections describe the setup required to run Visualizer in an ODBC environment on a Microsoft SQL Server with Windows as both server and client. For more information, see the Microsoft SQL Server documentation for client and server installation instructions.

Your DBA must assist you with the installation and configuration of SQL Server client software.
