System requirements for Microsoft Access

While it is preferable to have Microsoft Access installed, it is not necessary for the creation and use of an Access database with Automator and Visualizer. You can use Microsoft Access as a desktop database solution for Visualizer information. The Microsoft jet engine comes packaged with Microsoft Windows. However, you must install the appropriate ODBC drivers and utilities.

Periodically check the size of the Microsoft Access database that is being populated by Automator. You can compress the database using the compact tool included in Access.
