Installing

Installing Visualizer is like installing any other Windows-based PC application. This section describes how to:

  • Check and verify system requirements to ensure a successful installation
  • Install Visualizer
  • Uninstall Visualizer or modify an existing install

Note

BMC does not support installing and running multiple versions of Visualizer on the same machine. 

System requirements 

Visualizer is a 32-bit application that runs on a PC in a Windows environment. The following table provides the system requirements for maximizing performance:

Note

Automator has additional disk requirements to run Bulk Copy populations. We recommend that you have 1 GB available on the drive to which your TMP environment variable points.
