ODBC support
We recommend the following hardware and software configurations for the Visualizer Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) database.
Visualizer currently supports database software packages from:
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Oracle
If you choose to use different software or hardware to implement Visualizer ODBC, Customer Support cannot support those configurations. Consulting Services are available to help with other implementations on a per-fee basis.
Customer Support supports our software depending on how reproducible problems are. For the supported platforms, Customer Support will work with a team consisting of the end user, the user's DBA, and if needed, the user's network analyst.
Make sure that Microsoft ODBC files are installed in the system directory or a directory included in the PATH environment variable.
