Field descriptions


The following topic contains the field descriptions table.

INT

The numeric value internally assigned to the interval. This value appears only on a page break and when the interval number changes.

APPL

The application name assigned either via an APPL command or by default. This value appears only when the application name changes.

Line 1—R for Requestor

Columns 4 through 11 represent information about the requestor of the transaction.

Line 2—E for Executor

Columns 4 through 11 represent information about the executor of the transaction.

Type of application data:

  • B is Batch (BATCH, Db2 and MQ)
  • C is CICS
  • D is Db2
  • I is IMS
  • Q is MQ
  • R is Remote (Db2 and MQ)
  • T is TSO (Db2 and MQ)

SID

The logical system name

SUBSYS

The SubSystem name, CICS Region name, job name or SUITE

CR TYPE

The Connection type for Db2 and MQ

The IMS Program type for IMS

CICS for CICS

Blank for batch (Will appear as ---------------)

CR NAME

The IMS region name or the IMS Subsystem ID when the region name is not available

The job name for batch

The CICS region’s job name for CICS

The connection name for Db2 and MQ

PRIMARY

The value of the field requested via the APPLGROUPING PRIMEKEY command or the default value for the type of application data.

SECONDARY

The value of the field requested via the APPLGROUPING SECONDKEY command or the default value for the type of application data.

TRAN

The transaction name for this data type.

For Db2 data when PACKAGE=YES is processed, this field can contain a value of @PLAN. This record contains overall Db2 PLAN information. Some of the numeric executor values in this record have had the corresponding PACKAGE values removed.

S

An indicator to show what information was used to assign the APPL name.

  • R means the requestor data was used.
  • E means the executor data was used.
  • S means the APPL name was assigned via a SUBSYSTYPE=BATCH SUITE= command.
  • D means the default name was used because there was no matching APPL command.

A

An indicator to show the SUBSYSTYPE of the APPL command that matched this record.

  • B is batch.
  • C is CICS.
  • D is Db2.
  • I is IMS.
  • N is not applicable (default was used).
  • Q is MQ.

PRCPU/PRIO

Line 1 contains the CPU time in microseconds, collected from the application input data.

Line 2 contains the I/O count collected from the input data.

CTCNT/ETCT

Line 1 contains a count field called the Chained Transaction Count used internally for calculations.

Line 2 contains the count of transactions that Ended in this interval.

CELAPS

Line 1 contains an elapsed time field used internally for calculations.

Line 2 is blank or contains a diagnostic value.

ELAPSED

Line 1 contains the elapsed time in seconds, collected from the application input data.

Line 2 is blank or contains a diagnostic value.
