Installing the TMTM transaction monitoring extensions

This section describes how to install each of the TMTM transaction monitoring extensions.

Unless specifically noted, the TMTM extensions monitor only those versions supported by the manufacturer. To view a list of the supported platforms and technologies, see Supported-application-transaction-tracing-technologies-for-transaction-monitoring.

Error

The Extensible Agent and TMTM Configuration Agent are required for BTM monitoring. The TMTM Configuration Agent, among other things, manages BTM monitoring configurations, enabling them to be deployed to the agent host. It also enables updates to both agent and extension components to be made available remotely.
