seconds_to_wait_for_restart

When configuring, reconfiguring or updating the TSMA configuration and a restart of TSMA is required to pick up the configuration change, this interval specifies how long to wait to determine whether the change took effect. This is useful when running commands using the mqtool utility and you need to know the restart occurred before executing additional commands.

Must be 0 or greater. The value can be altered manually.

This value is set to false when sync_groups is set to false. The "Enable MQ Actions" permission is the same as the "Run CM" permission from releases prior to 8.1. This keyword allows you to add groups that used to have MQ configuration access using the Configuration Manager to the TSMA project. By default, except for integration with existing separately licensed versions of TSMA, upgrade installs have sync_groups=true and sync_mq_groups=true and clean installs have sync_groups=true and sync_mq_groups=false.
