Defining workloads and service objectives

This section describes how to create your own workloads to reduce the amount of time and effort that are required to monitor your system. Although the MainView for z/OS product creates some workloads for you automatically, BMC Software recommends that you use the WKLIST view to create additional workloads that make sense for your organization.
