Detecting jobs in a CPU loop
You can use the following methods to detect jobs in a CPU loop:
- Enable automatic CPU loop detection by defining a CPU loop check profile. For more information, see Defining-a-CPU-loop-check-profile.
- Manually detect jobs by using the LPCKCAND view. For more information, see Manually-detecting-jobs-that-might-be-in-a-CPU-loop.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
