Setting up JVM targets by using the Configuration Assistant
The MainView for Java Environments Configuration Assistant enables you to configure large numbers of remote JVMs to communicate with the MainView for Java Environments PAS. To set up JVM targets with the Configuration Assistant, complete the following tasks:
- Generating-a-JVM-list
- Editing-the-MJEINPUT-file
- Running-the-list-processor-JCL
- Installing-the-MJETGTxx-target-into-the-PAS
- Adding-the-configured-properties-into-the-JVM-property-files
For more information, view the Quick Course MainView for Java Environments - Configuration Assistant. |
When the configuration is finished, the JVM startup process enables a JMX connection request from the PAS to complete successfully.
