Installing

The MainView for Java Environments product operates in a product address space (PAS). When you install and customize MainView for Java Environments, you can take advantage of MainView services, connect to Java environments, and enable the MainView for Java Environments features. You can access Help for the views and view fields during the process. To access Help for a field, move your cursor to the field, and press the Help key (usually F1).

You use the Installation System to install and maintain BMC MainView products, Cost Optimization products, and most BMC products for the IBM DB2 and IBM IMS environments.
