Usage notes

  • The HT view can be used in both target mode and SSI mode; however, the context affects the view content and hyperlinks as follows:
    • Target mode displays all TLDS entries for all CICS targets defined in the trace directory of the current BBI-SS PAS to which the target is connected. Target mode is required in order to display a TLDS if its target is inactive or not defined in the BBIJNT00 member (such as a TLDS that is imported by using the NEW command).
    • SSI mode displays all TLDS entries in the trace directories of all BBI-SS PASs that are connected to the targets in the specified context. The HT view displays only entries whose TLDS target name matches a target within the defined context.
  • For information about the action commands that are available on the HT view, see Using-the-history-traces-application.
