Log file utility views

One of the utility views that MainView Transaction Analyzer provides is MTALOGR, which displays detailed information about the product’s log file usage.

To review log file usage statistics

1. From the EZTAU easy menu, select Active MVTA Loggers.
   The MTALOGR view is displayed:

   The MTALOGR view contains information about the log files that are being used by MainView Transaction Analyzer started tasks. Log files store the records that are used to correlate components.

2. From the MTALOGR view, use the L line command or the Sys hyperlink to display the MTALOGL view:

   • NGL LOGSET
   • Logger logspace (WebSphere MQ components only)
