Migrating from 7.5.01 to 7.5.02
If you are migrating from MainView SRM 7.5.01 to version 7.5.02 by applying PTF BPG5498, all databases can be brought forward without conversion, but once used in 7.5.02, the space collector, capacity planning, and VTOC Scan collection data sets cannot be used in 7.5.01.
Therefore, you should back up these data sets prior to starting SVOS after applying the PTF. No new SVOS JCL is required for this maintenance release.
