SMSACSTE—test ACS routines

The SMSACSTE function provides services that enhance the process of testing ACS routines. SMSACSTE can:

  • Display ACS variables, allowing easier debugging of ACS routines
  • Remove the data set from DFSMS-management, allowing testing of ACS routines without generating numerous new SMS-managed data sets
