Extensions


MainView Middleware Monitor (MVMM) Agent extensions, or extensions, are customized for the monitored applications and automatically discover and monitor their underlying objects. The extensions pass the collected data to the Agent, which in turn forwards it on to the MVMM Topic Service and then on to the Monitor Console. 

Unless specifically noted, the MVMM extensions monitor only those versions supported by the manufacturer. To view a list of the supported platforms and technologies, see Supported-middleware-monitoring-technologies-for-performance-and-availability.
