Page title

For most spaces, this page must be titled Space announcements.

For spaces with localized content, this page must be titled Space announcements l10n.

Purpose

Provide an announcement banner on every page of your space.

Location

Move this page outside of your home branch.

Managing view tabs

To make changes to the View tabs, enter edit mode. If you cannot edit views when the edit mode is enabled, check your permissions in the Security tab of the MVMM Monitor Console.

To create a new tab

  1. Right-click any existing tab and select the Add Tab.
  2. Name the tab. The new tab appears in the tab set.

To delete a tab

  • Right-click on the tab and select Delete Tab.

To rename a tab

  1. Right-click the tab and select Rename Tab.
  2. Enter the new name.

To change the left to right order of the tabs

  1. Right-click any tab and select Tab Administration....
  2. Use the arrow keys on the right to reorder the tabs.

To hide/show tabs

  1. Right-click any tab and select Tab Administration....
  2. Use the arrow keys to move tab names between the Visible View Tabs list and the Hide View Tabs list.
