Uninstalling the Oracle WebLogic monitoring extension

Stop the BEA WebLogic monitoring extension and uninstall it from Windows or UNIX platforms.

If you are reinstalling or upgrading and want to keep your existing configuration settings, backup your existing eaa.xml file.

  1. Stop the monitoring extension:
    • For Windows: At a command prompt, enter qpwlmon --status to check if the monitoring extension is stopped. If it is running, enter qpwlmon.bat --stop.
    • For UNIX: At a command prompt, enter ./qpwlmon.sh --status to check if the monitoring extension is stopped. If it is running, enter ./qpwlmon.sh --stop.
  2. Uninstall the monitoring extension:
    • For Windows enter qpwlmon.bat --remove and delete the directory containing the qpwlmon monitoring extension.
    • For UNIX delete the directory containing the qpwlmon monitoring extension.
