IBM MQ and TIBCO EMS version support

MainView Middleware Administrator (MVMA) works with the following versions of MVMA, IBM MQ Appliance, and TIBCO EMS:

  • IBM MQ Versions 9.2, 9.3, 9.4.0, 9.4.1, and 9.4.2
  • IBM MQ Appliance M2002 Versions 9.3.x, 9.4.0, 9.4.1, and 9.4.2
  • TIBCO EMS Versions 8.6, 10.1, and 10.2.x.

IBM MQ client requirements

To use IBM MQ with MVMA, there must be an IBM MQ client installation on the MVMA services machine (you must intall the IBM MQ client before installing MVMA). We recommend that you install the latest version of the IBM MQ client. At a minimum, you should install the 9.2 client.
