Create a saved configuration


  1. Using your browser log do an Administrator Login
  2. Click on 'Saved Configurations' on main left-hand menu
  3. Click on 'Create Saved Configuration' tab, enter a name and a description and click 'Submit'. This should take you back to the Saved Configurations tab and you should see the name you just entered as one of the listed backups.

  4. Click the 'Download' button next to the backup you just made and download it to your PC, the backup will be a single compressed zip file.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
