Create a saved configuration
- Using your browser log do an Administrator Login
- Click on 'Saved Configurations' on main left-hand menu
Click on 'Create Saved Configuration' tab, enter a name and a description and click 'Submit'. This should take you back to the Saved Configurations tab and you should see the name you just entered as one of the listed backups.

- Click the 'Download' button next to the backup you just made and download it to your PC, the backup will be a single compressed zip file.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
