fileWriteCsv (fileid, valueArray)
Writes a line of text to the file specified by fileid, combining the elements in valueArray into comma separated values.
Parameters:
fileid- the file identifier to which to write the data.
valueArray - the array of values to be combined into a single comma separated value line.
Returns:
True if the operation succeeded, false otherwise. If the operation failed, the reason may be obtained by calling fileGetLastError().
