Using the ISPF Window command

You can use the ISPF Window command to move an active pop-up panel to another location within the screen space.

Use this command to expose underlying fields that are obscured by the pop-up panel.

To invoke the ISPF Window command

Use one of the following methods:

  • Type WINDOW on the Command line (or use a function key), move the cursor to the position where you want the pop-up panel to appear, and press Enter.
  • Place the cursor anywhere on the active pop-up frame and press Enter. (ISPF issues the message WINDOW MOVE PENDING.) Move the cursor to the position where you want the pop-up panel to appear, and press Enter.
