Use hiperspace LSR buffers option


With the Use hiperspace LSR buffers option, you can include the definition of hiperspace buffers when creating a VSAM LSR pool.

  • Y - Enable hiperspace usage.
  • N - Disable hiperspace usage.

//DAP@DVH DD DUMMY

Enable hiperspace usage. This override is available at both the step and ddname levels.

//DAP@NDVH DD DUMMY

Disable hiperspace usage. This override is available at both the step and ddname levels.

//DAP@VHSY DD DUMMY

Enable hiperspace usage at the step level. This override is available for the HIPER-CACHE compatibility ddname.

//DAP@VHSN DD DUMMY

Disable hiperspace usage at the step level. This override is available for the HIPER-CACHE compatibility ddname.
