User Control exit

Data Optimizer provides a User Control exit interface that enables you to implement selection algorithms that are too complex for the data policy definition.

An example of such an algorithm is including jobs if the fifth character in the job name is a number between two and five. Although the User Control exit interface is seldom required, it can be a powerful tool when needed.
