Operator console commands

MainView Batch Optimizer operator console commands require IBM RACF access authority.

This section lists the commands for MainView Batch Optimizer components and subsystems, and lists the required RACF operator command-level authority. The RACF class for all commands is OPERCMDS. For information about RACF authorization, see Protecting-commands-using-RACF .

The following variables are used throughout this documentation:

  • bmcpproc is the name for the BMC Software Primary Subsystem address space.
  • bmcp is the subsystem ID for the BMC Software Primary Subsystem.
  • mbos is the subsystem ID of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem.
  • mbop is the subsystem ID for the Job Optimizer Pipes Subsystem.
  • mbobcss is the address space ID for the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem.
  • mbox is the subsystem ID for the Extended Job Execution Subsystem.
  • mboxjs is the Started Task name for the Extended Job Execution Subsystem.
