Cross-System Image Manager2
The Cross-System Image Manager (XIM) allows Job Optimizer to distribute and manage job steps across one or more MVS systems. The XIM functions transparently within Job Optimizer.
XIM requires the presence of the IBM Cross-System Coupling Facility (XCF). To permit distributing job steps across multiple operating system images, XCF must be operating in a multi-system environment.
