Message suppression
One of the first things you can do is implement message suppression with the MainView AutoOPERATOR Rule Processor applications. By decreasing the overall number of messages, important messages can be seen easily.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
