Customizing MainView views and connecting BBI-SS PAS to a CAS

Before MainView AutoOPERATOR EXECs can access MainView data, you must perform two tasks:

  • When accessing the array with the IMFEXEC MV GETDATA NEWNAMES(NO) command, you must customize the MainView views so that the EXECs can successfully retrieve the column names in variables.

To avoid customizing the MainView views, BMC Software recommends accessing the array with the IMFEXEC MV GETDATAN command.

  • Connect the BBI-SS PAS to a CAS.
