Displaying the monthly peak 4HRA by subsystem

Use the following procedure to display the monthly peak 4HRA by subsystem.

  1. Use one of the following methods:

    • On EZICAP, select Subsystem Activity.
    • Type SUBSYS on the COMMAND line.

The Subsystem view (SUBSYS) displays information about the subsystems that are running on managed LPARs, including the peak 4HRA for each subsystem and the number of LPARs that are currently running each subsystem.

    Note

z/OS peaks are always displayed if there is an active CAS and PAS running on the CPC where the LPAR is running. For other subsystems, peaks are displayed only if the is an active PAS running on the LPAR, and the PAS is connected to a CAS.

  2. To view details about a specific subsystem, hyperlink on a subsystem name in the Subsys Name column.Subsystem detail view (SUBSYSDE) displays details about the peak 4HRA, per LPAR, and the current 4HRA for an LPAR.
