Printing Implementation Assist reports

This option enables you to print Candidate and Non-candidate reports. It also enables you to print the Trial utility records report. After completing options 2 and 3 from the Functions panel (), you will probably want to review these reports again.

This task is optional.

To print the Candidate report and the Non-candidate report:

  1. In the Database Functions panel enter 1 (Generate reports) in the option select space.
  2. Press Enter. The panel displays the Report Selection panel.
  3. Type or verify values in the fields of the Report Selection panel to identify the reports you want to view. The values displayed in the fields of this panel are the values you selected on the Candidate and Non-Candidate Report panel.
  4. Press Enter. The panel displays the generated JCL in an ISPF Edit session.
  5. Review and submit the JCL. This job must complete successfully with a condition code of 0. If the job does not complete successfully, review any changes you may have made to the JCL, correct any problems, and submit the JCL again. Press the END key (usually F3) to return to the DATA ACCELERATOR Compression Implementation Assist Primary Menu.
