Changing the reporting locale


The reporting locale controls how your reports format monetary units, decimal numbers, dates, and times. The default Reporting Locale setting is English (United States): en-US.  Use the following procedure to change your system's reporting locale to correspond to the standard location for your enterprise.

The Reporting Locale setting is a global setting for all users of the Cost Analyzer product at your enterprise. Changing the Reporting Locale will change the reporting locale for all users.

To change the Reporting Locale

  1. From the console, click your Sign-In User Name.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click Settings.
    The User Settings dialog is displayed:

  3. In the User Settings dialog, select the locale that you want from the list of reporting locales.For example, to select France (in order to show costs in euros and dates in dd/mm/yyyy format), scroll down the list and select French (France):fr-FR
  4. When finished, click Save Changes.

    Warning

    Note

    Changing the reporting locale does not convert the cost coefficients into the currency of the locale. Cost coefficients must match the currency of the selected locale.
