Displaying Cost Analyzer log files
This topic describes how to display the log files that Cost Analyzer produces. BMC Customer Support might ask you to review these log files as part of problem diagnosis.
To display log files
- From the Cost Analyzer console, click Administration Tools.
Click Application Server Log Viewer.The Application Server Log Viewer displays as shown in the following figure.

Click the log tabs for the log file that you want to display as described in the following table:

(optional) Click the filter tabs to refine the list by message type.For more information, see Filtering-the-messages-displayed-in-a-log.
- (optional) Click the Reload contents button to reload contents from application server.Reloading the contents from the application server only reloads the content of the logs you are viewing in the active tab.
