General control statements

General control statements are valid only when placed at the beginning of the control statement set. These statements specify general data selection and reporting parameters for the Analyzer; the information from these control statements applies to all report requests in the control statement set.

General control statements can appear in any order within the general control statement group, except for positional general control statements. The DATETIME, CYCLE, and PERIOD control statements are positional, and must appear in that order.

A command error results if these commands are not entered in this sequence (see DATETIME, CYCLE, and PERIOD).
