LOCKDATA
The LOCKDATA control statement causes the CMF MONITOR Extractor to collect Serialization Delay data.
[SAMPLE={30000|nnnnn}]
This data includes:
- CMS Lock Type Data
- Local Lock Data Section
- CML Lock Owner Data Section
- CML Lock Requestor Data Section
- GRS Latch Type Data
- GRS Enqueue Data
Monitoring modes | One LOCKDATA statement can be specified for each monitoring mode, continuous (CPM) or intermittent (IPM).
Sampler and record types | The LOCKDATA statement controls the LOCK sampler, which produces SMF type 72-5 records.
Analyzer statements and reports | SERDELAY | Serialization Delay Repor |
Parameters
The parameter for the LOCKDATA control statement is:
SAMPLE= | specifies the number of milliseconds between data gathering cycles for the Serialization Delay data being sampled The default is 30000 milliseconds or 30 seconds. Acceptable values are 30000 to 99999. |

Example
instructs the CMF MONITOR Extractor to sample Serialization Delay data every 30000 milliseconds or once every 30 seconds
