Disabling security
You can disable security completely if you do not need to restrict access to BMC II for z/OS product resources at your site. Use the following procedure to disable security.
To disable security
- In the BBSEC member that your BMC II for z/OS PAS uses, change the TYPE statements to comments by typing an asterisk (*) in the first column.
- Warm start each affected BBI-SS PAS.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
